Rebecca
Rebecca’s career has always been about showing up prepared, representing people well, and earning trust one conversation at a time.
She began in pharmaceutical sales, where precision, compliance, and follow-through weren’t optional. She then spent twenty years as a real estate agent in the Twin Cities metro, guiding clients through decisions that often felt like the biggest one of their lives—because to them, it was.
Along the way she saw the same pattern again and again: good investors with good deals, slowed down or stopped by financing that didn’t fit. Lenders who said yes early and changed terms late. Brokers who told borrowers what they wanted to hear.
Cornerstone Capital is her answer. A brokerage that leads with specialty, asks the hard qualification questions first, and matches each deal to the lenders genuinely built for it—across a national network of institutional and private capital. Rebecca is an active member of national real estate investor mastermind communities, where she works alongside the operators she serves.
Rebecca is also an active real estate investor. As a partner, she owns several apartment buildings and an RV park and has partnered on single-family homes, so she knows firsthand what a deal needs to close.
