Every scenario we present has been reviewed for the issues that matter—credit, leverage, property type, existing debt, and the realism of the business plan. We flag concerns upfront rather than leaving them for your underwriting team to discover, and we never repeat a borrower’s stated value or income without pressure-testing it.
Our focus is business-purpose investment property—primarily DSCR rentals, fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and transactional funding, along with bridge, commercial and multifamily, and MHP and RV park loans.
