Business-purpose loans only
Cornerstone Capital MN LLC (“Cornerstone Capital”) arranges business-purpose financing for real estate investors on non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not arrange owner-occupied, consumer-purpose, or personal, family, or household loans.
Loan broker, not a lender
Cornerstone Capital is a loan broker. We match borrowers with third-party institutional and private lenders. We do not make credit decisions, issue loan approvals, or fund loans. Lender identities are kept confidential in our marketing.
Not a commitment to lend
Nothing on this website or in any preliminary conversation is a commitment to lend, a loan approval, a rate lock, or an offer of specific terms. All loans are subject to the lender’s underwriting, due diligence, appraisal, title review, and final approval. Cornerstone Capital does not issue property-specific proof-of-funds letters or lender commitment language.
Terms vary
Rates, fees, leverage, terms, prepayment provisions, and timelines vary by lender, property, borrower profile, and market conditions, and may change without notice before closing. Some lenders sell loans into the secondary market, which can affect pricing or guidelines between early approval and closing.
Compensation
On brokered loans (DSCR, fix and flip, construction, bridge, commercial and multifamily, and MHP/RV), Cornerstone Capital charges no upfront broker fees and is compensated only at closing, typically through a broker fee disclosed in your loan documents and/or compensation paid by the lender. Transactional funding (EMD funding, double close, and Stack funding) has separate fee structures disclosed in writing before you commit. Lenders and third parties—such as appraisers, inspectors, environmental consultants, and title or escrow companies—may charge their own fees, which may be due before closing and are separate from our compensation.
