Loan Programs
Commercial & Multifamily Loans
Financing for apartments, mixed-use, and commercial investment property, arranged through our network of lender partners—with the same up-front honesty we bring to every deal. Based in Minneapolis, serving investors across Minnesota and nationwide.
Through Lender Partners
Income Property, Underwritten on Its Merits
Commercial and multifamily lenders focus on the property’s net operating income, its debt service coverage, its value, and the sponsor behind it.
We help you present the asset clearly: a verified rent roll and trailing operating statement, a realistic pro forma, and a straightforward explanation of anything a lender will question. We pressure-test NOI before it goes out, because a lender certainly will.
We work on purchases, refinances, and bridge-to-permanent strategies. Where a deal is a better fit for a lender partner with a specialized program, we coordinate the introduction and stay involved through closing.
Asset types
- Multifamily (5+ units)
- Mixed-use
- Retail, office, and industrial investment property, case by case
- Manufactured housing and RV parks—see our MHP & RV Park Loans
FAQ
Commercial & Multifamily Questions
Do you arrange SBA loans for owner-operated businesses?
No. We do not arrange SBA loans. Our commercial financing is for investment real estate.
What documents should I have ready?
A current rent roll, a trailing-12 operating statement, the purchase contract or existing loan details, your schedule of real estate owned, and a short summary of the business plan are a strong start.
Will you disclose which lender I’m working with?
Lender identities are kept confidential in our marketing and early conversations. When you move forward with a specific loan, you’ll receive the lender’s own disclosures and loan documents.
Do you arrange multifamily loans in Minnesota?
Yes. We’re based in Minneapolis and arrange commercial and multifamily loans for investors in the Twin Cities, across Minnesota, and nationwide through our lender partners, subject to each lender’s footprint.
