On brokered loans we charge nothing to review your deal or shop it to lenders. Cornerstone is paid only at closing—our incentives are aligned with yours. Transactional funding has separate fees disclosed in writing before you commit.

We don’t repeat a stated ARV or NOI at face value. Your file goes out with numbers that hold up.
Institutional and private lenders across the country, so we look for lenders that fit the deal instead of selling one product.
We tell you whether a lender holds loans on its balance sheet or sells them into the secondary market—and what that can mean for repricing risk.
