Are you a hard money lender in Minneapolis?
No. We are a Minneapolis-based broker. We arrange hard money and private money loans through a national network of institutional and private lenders. Lenders make all credit decisions.
Do you charge upfront fees?
For brokered loans—DSCR, fix and flip, construction, bridge, commercial and multifamily, and mobile home park or RV park financing—Cornerstone Capital charges no upfront broker fees and is paid only at closing. Transactional funding (EMD funding, double close, and Stack funding) has separate fee structures that are disclosed in writing before you commit. Lender and third-party costs are separate.
Do you only work in Minneapolis?
No. We are based in Minneapolis and work with investors across Minnesota and nationwide, subject to each lender’s footprint and applicable requirements.
Can I get a private money loan for a home I will live in?
